Communications and Event Coordinator

How you can contribute As a Communication and Event Coordinator, you are an ambassador for our company. You will play a pivotal role in increasing awareness of our company image through effective communication strategies. In your position you will be in charge of diverse marketing activities in the areas of public relations, event management and social media.

Your responsibilities in more detail

  • Managing the public image of our company and coordinating all public relation activities and ensuring that all PR activities are aligned with corporate strategy
  • Designing and analyzing communications campaigns including print and online channels such as social media
  • Managing and producing all the promotional material for our company such as webinars, e-shots and other publications
  • Taking ownership of the maintenance of our marketing database, mailing lists and the distribution of advertisement material
  • Planning, coordinating and executing industry events such as trade shows and conferences while keeping a close eye on budget and brand management
  • Developing event-specific content such as promotional material, design of stands with assistance of our graphic designers

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position in B2B marketing, experience in FMCG sector would be a plus
  • Proven working experience in designing and executing successful communications campaigns and in the planning and coordination of business events

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; fluency in another language is highly appreciated

How you can contribute As a sales executive, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the continuing growth of our company. Every day will be different.
